Francisca Quinn
With almost 25 years in corporate strategy and sustainability, Francisca has a track record of assisting large corporations to conceptualize and implement industry leadership initiatives and excel in sustainability disclosure. The results include enhanced reputation, cost savings, high employee and customer satisfaction, industry awards and improvement in ESG analyst rankings. Her work with global institutional investors focus on embedding responsible investment principles in governance, due diligence, monitoring and reporting of alternative investment portfolios.
In 2013 and 2017, Francisca was named as a Clean50 honouree, joining a group of Canadian leaders who is recognized for outstanding contributors to sustainable development and clean capitalism in Canada.
Francisca is the treasurer of No. 9 Contemporary Art & the Environment; an arts organization that uses art and design to bring awareness to environmental concerns.

Tony Pringle
Tony has been helping businesses to advance sustainability for nearly a decade. Working with some of North America’s largest institutional asset owners, managers and public companies, Tony has a track record of designing and integrating sustainability into organizational strategy and processes.
Tony is Quinn & Partners’ practice leader for Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) services for real estate, infrastructure and mortgage investors. He is also a member of multiple GRESB Technical Working Groups and supports GRESB training.
In 2017, Tony was named as a Clean50 honouree, joining a small group of Canadians who each year is recognized for outstanding contributors to sustainable development and clean capitalism in Canada.
Outside of work, Tony chairs the Seneca College Program Advisory Committee for Green Business Management and aspires to find a sport to replace rugby after a recent knee injury.

Emily Partington
Emily has international advisory experience across many industry sectors, including financial institutions, professional services, transportation, real estate and infrastructure. Her expertise includes sustainability strategy design and implementation, materiality assessments, climate change risk and vulnerability assessments, stakeholder engagement, resource efficiency, carbon accounting, performance measurement and reporting.
Prior to joining Quinn & Partners, Emily led a successful sustainability advisory practice at WSP, a large multi-national engineering firm headquartered in Canada. She is a recurring guest lecturer at the University of Toronto’s M.Sc. in Sustainability Management and McMaster University’s Strategic Management programs.
In 2017, Emily was recognized as a Clean50 Emerging Leader for her contributions to clean capitalism in Canada.

Luke Westfall
Luke is a sustainability expert and professional engineer with over 10 years of international multi-sector experience implementing sustainability, greenhouse gas abatement and climate change resilience solutions at an asset, portfolio and industry-wide scale. As Senior Consultant, Luke supports clients to establish tailored sustainability goals, identify business-aligned and cost-effective improvements and implement measurement and monitoring systems to provide feedback on program success. His work spans commercial real estate, financial, municipal and transit infrastructure, mining, energy and industrial sector clients in over 20 countries.

Geoff Fudurich
Geoff brings a blended skillset from an academic focus in environmental science and business experience from management consulting. As a Quinn & Partners consultant, Geoff leads ESG programs for multiple clients, including strategy, measurement, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities. He supports annual submissions to the Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI), the GRESB Real Estate and Infrastructure Assessments.

Daniel Pass
Dan is a sustainability professional with an 8-year track record of advising leading Canadian organizations embed environmental, social and governance aspects into business practice. Utilizing a strong background in sustainability management and analysis, Dan advice has supported his clients to drive operational efficiencies and improve their environmental, social and governance performance.
Dan’s experience includes program development and integration, greenhouse gas accounting, green building certifications and sustainability reporting. In 2020, Dan was recognized as a Clean50 Emerging Leader for his contributions to advancing the real estate sustainability industry.

Stephen Penstone
With education in environmental and chemical engineering and chemistry, Stephen brings a technical background to sustainability. Stephen is responsible for research and analysis that contribute to clients’ understanding of sustainability and strategy decision support. He has worked with a variety of industries including real estate, energy, agriculture and manufacturing. His experience includes sustainability baseline measurement, benchmarking and gap analysis, strategy development, greenhouse gas modelling, climate change risk assessment, data verification, sustainability disclosure, GRI compliance and GRESB, CDP and PRI reporting.

Phillip Gillam
Phillip focuses on developing responsible investment strategies and he supports investors and portfolio companies to measure and report Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) progress. Much of Phillip’s work includes the development of ESG policies and implementation strategies such as investment team training, due diligence checklists, asset monitoring and client reporting.
Phillip has cross-sector expertise in the investment sector, life insurance, pipelines, ports, utilities, conventional and renewable energy generation.

Korkin Kadehjian
Korkin started his consulting career with the United Nations Development Programme, gaining experience in industrial pollution abatement initiatives, greenhouse gas reporting and climate change mitigation actions.

Chris Folkins
Chris is a graduate of Queen’s University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He is also licenced by PMI as a Certified Associate in Project Management. Tim Robinson
Tim is a graduate of the MGA program at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Upon graduating, Tim completed the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board’s (SASB) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting accreditation, which provides him with insights on how to integrate material sustainability information into financial accounting, valuation, and disclosures.
As an Analyst with Quinn & Partners, Tim supports clients to align their reporting practices with leading international standards and has contributed to sustainability disclosures for multiple Canadian S&P/TSX 60 companies.
Tim has worked with investor and corporate clients to advance their sustainability practices and report to leading standards, including the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Tim also supports clients to report to the GRESB Infrastructure Assessment. In 2020, Tim supported the completion of 9 GRESB infrastructure asset and fund assessments in a range of sub-sectors.

Isabel Sbragia
Isabel Sbragia is a biologist, with a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Zoology. Isabel is certified as a lead auditor in environmental management systems and a lead GHG verifier of corporate GHG emissions inventory reports and offset projects. She has conducted more than 85 audits of environmental systems, including 65 verifications of GHG statements.
At Quinn & Partners Isabel supports all things GHG related, including inventories, reporting, targets and strategy development. This also includes investor portfolio GHG footprinting and integration of climate issues in investment processes. Her familiarity with GHG standards allows our clients to report in accordance with international best practices and the most up to date methodologies.

Jana Korz
Jana recently moved to Canada from Germany, where she spent multiple years working with European utilities in Accenture’s management consulting group. Prior to this she obtained a Master of Green Management, Energy & Corporate Social Responsibility (MaGER) from University Bocconi, Milan. During her studies she worked in the environmental protection department of a major German automobile company.
She supports clients with sustainability strategy and reporting and institutional investors with ESG disclosures.

Caileigh MacIsaac
Caileigh has worked as a research and policy analyst in the fields of natural resource management, eco-certifications and renewable energy. She also has experience consulting non-profits and social enterprises on strategic planning and stakeholder engagement strategy.
As an analyst at Quinn & Partners, Caileigh assists project teams with research, analysis and communications to support data driven decision making and the implementation of clients’ sustainability programs. In the past year, Caileigh has assisted in developing a sustainability strategy for a multi-national real estate company, developed a responsible investment policy and social impact scorecard for a Canadian lender, as well as supported GRESB and PRI submissions for one of Canada’s largest pension plans.

Adnan Tambawala
