Our Work

Crafting a Leading ESG Program

Quinn+Partners worked with a publicly-listed telecommunication company to establish an ESG strategy, quantify baseline performance and develop an inaugural ESG report aligned with SASB and TCFD. Our team assessed stakeholder priorities, researched peer programs and benchmarked industry standards and ratings to determine where gaps and opportunities existed. We performed a materiality assessment and defined ESG priorities based on strategic differentiators and forward-looking trends. We also developed a multi-year implementation plan to guide the program roll-out.

Modeling Science-Based GHG Targets

Quinn+Partners advised a real estate investment trust to set their interim 2030 GHG reduction target to achieve net-zero. To do so, we modeled GHG reduction pathways to assess how they could feasibly reduce their emissions and outline what measures they would need to achieve their target. We also projected capital expenditures and operating costs per year. Combined, these metrics allowed the client to assess and confidently submit their target for validation to the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and bolster their transition to the low-carbon economy.

Setting the Bar for Climate Reporting

Quinn+Partners supported a large, multi-national financial institution and asset manager to set the standard for net-zero and TCFD reporting in North America. Our team summarized the state-of-play in climate change disclosure globally, shared emerging practices set forth by the Net-Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA), and summarized investor preferences for decision-useful climate change information. We then provided tailored recommendations for how to improve the company’s disclosure and authored an industry-leading climate action report.
