Vanessa Ho’s background

Vanessa brings a wealth of experience as a human resource professional in fast-growing, small and mid-sized companies. She has managed the full suite of people and culture programs, from strategy development and organizational design to recruitment, performance management, total rewards and training. She has tremendous experience planning and executing development and employee engagement programs.

Prior to joining Q+P, Vanessa managed People Operations at a tech-enabled logistics startup and held a variety of Human Resource positions at J.S. Ferraro. Vanessa is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with honours from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
