Quinn+Partners Releases Pay Equity Data
To celebrate International Women’s Day, we want to share Quinn+Partners’ pay equity data.
We believe when people feel valued, respected and included, they can achieve their full potential, be more productive, and feel successful and fulfilled. Providing women with careers where they are valued, supported, celebrated and treated fairly should not be exceptional.
Yet, while it is the law in Canada to pay people equally for equal work, the gender pay gap persists. Women make on average 11% less than their male counterparts[1], a chasm that widens as more intersectional markers of diversity, like race and parenthood, are added.
The persistence of pay discrimination is something we at Quinn+Partners want to help dismantle. As a female-founded company, we are proud that 60% of our Leadership Team members are women and that our powerhouse team is also stacked with bright, talented, ambitious women.

These figures show strong equality in pay. Minor variations are due to lack of normalization for tenure and mid-year promotions. Behind these figures is a story of a company wanting to do things better and differently, bolstered by a cadre of allies at all levels of the company and across all genders who are deeply committed to one another.
We want every woman who considers a career with us to know that we are committed to fair treatment and non-discrimination, and that the data is there to prove it. We encourage every job-seeker to ask their prospective employers to produce their pay equity figures. And we challenge other employers to share their data transparently to root out gender inequality.
Happy International Women’s Day.
