Lauren Bonnett, Wardah Zaman, Caroline Pietroski, Ghannush Nithiyanantham, Maggie Tuer and Sadie Vokes Joins Quinn+Partners

Lauren Bonnett, Director, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Lauren was a leader on the professional standards team at a national assurance, tax and advisory services firm. She specialized in interpreting new sustainability-related reporting standards and guiding clients through first-time ESG strategy and reporting integration, offering technical insight and practical advice. Lauren draws on her background in financial reporting, assurance and audits of internal controls over financial reporting to help organizations enhance the quality of their disclosure and prepare for assurance.

Wardah Zaman, Consultant, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Wardah supported a coalition of 20 manufacturing companies on setting Science-Based Targets, calculating GHG inventories and developing annual decarbonization pathways. She also led industry workshops on net-zero challenges and developed tools to standardize GHG data collection. Additionally, Wardah worked with the World Bank to integrate climate finance into its lending portfolio and with the World Resources Institute to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for climate adaptation.

Caroline Pietroski, Analyst, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Caroline worked in the public sector, where she conducted cost-benefit analyses of environmental policies, with a focus on carbon pricing mechanisms and transportation policies. This experience gave her valuable insight into how public policy shapes business strategy.

Ghannush Nithiyanantham, Analyst, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Ghannush worked as a strategic consultant, guiding financial institutions on ESG and climate reporting, regulatory compliance and managing material ESG risks. He also worked at one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, focusing on ESG due diligence for investments, corporate sustainability strategy and biodiversity risk research. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in digital advertising and data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.

Maggie Tuer, Analyst, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Maggie worked as a Corporate ESG Specialist at a major professional services firm, where she supported clients in developing sustainability assessment tools, climate risk frameworks and Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) aligned reports. She also contributed to the firm’s internal sustainability report, materiality assessment and greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations. Maggie’s experience extends to the forestry sector, where her focused on environmental permitting and compliance.

Sadie Vokes, Analyst, Toronto

Prior to joining Q+P, Sadie interned at a Canadian renewable energy company, where she supported ESG disclosure initiatives and analyzed supply chain emissions to improve accuracy. Sadie holds a degree in Commerce from McGill University, specializing in Managing for Sustainability and Finance. Her academic research in sustainability strategy and responsible finance has given her a deep understanding of the intersection between sustainability and capital markets.
