Both rejoin Q+P to continue growing their careers, do work that matters and make a positive impact
We are delighted to welcome back Q+P alumnae Joanna Kipp and Elizabeth Hind to the Quinn+Partners team.
“We are thrilled to have Joanna and Elizabeth back with us, a reunion of sorts, and look forward to working with them both to continue delivering leading advice to our clients,” said Tony Pringle, Co-Founder and Engagement Manager.
Joanna Kipp, Consultant
Joanna will support companies and investors with ESG integration and disclosure services. As one of Q+P’s earliest team members, she has experience working with clients across a range of sectors, including real estate, shipping and financial services. Joanna is dedicated to helping companies to reduce their environmental footprints and increase business resiliency through risk identification, target-setting, performance measurement and disclosure aligned with leading standards and frameworks. She is also an experienced sustainability report author and has contributed to more than 15 disclosures for major Canadian companies and investors.
In 2019, while working for Export Development Canada (EDC)’s Environmental and Social Risk team, Joanna worked on the development of the organization’s first target to reduce loan exposure to carbon-intensive sectors. She also formed part of the federal election campaign team that saw the first Green Member of Parliament elected in Ontario. In 2020, Joanna became an internationally certified meditation teacher. Prior to joining Q+P in 2014, Joanna worked with Ecotrust Canada, a BC-based charity, where she conducted business development work for the organization’s sustainable fisheries initiative. She also lead the creation of Vancouver’s first mission-driven coworking space.
“I’m looking forward to helping Q+P clients move forward on their ESG integration journeys, towards future-ready, sustainable businesses.”
Elizabeth Hind, Junior Analyst
Elizabeth joins us as a Junior Analyst and will provide insight and expertise on ESG strategy development and integration. Elizabeth originally joined Q+P as a summer intern, where she gained experience conducting industry-wide ESG trend analysis and supported clients to advance their climate change mandates. She holds a BA in Global Development with a Minor in Environmental Geography and Climate.
“Q+P is an ideal firm to expand my command of the ESG industry, fortify new skills and gain valuable experience in the field. I am excited to continue my work with the team to help clients embrace sustainable business and investment practices.”
