Ewa Czerny, Vanshika Jotsinghani and Alicia Rasmussen Join Quinn+Partners

Ewa Czerny, Consultant, Toronto

Prior to joining Quinn+Partners, Ewa was the Director of CSR Programs and ESG Reporting at Recipe Unlimited, where she supported the company in defining its strategy, goals and metrics, led annual sustainability reporting and disclosure activities and program-managed all of Recipe’s ESG initiatives. In her previous management consulting roles with Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, Ewa worked with clients in insurance, banking, retail, legal, real estate, pharmaceutical and the public sector.

Vanshika holds a Bachelor of International Economics from the University of British Columbia. She completed two internships in sustainable finance – one at a Canadian top-5 bank and one at a large asset management firm. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable insights into both the buy and sell sides of sustainable finance, deepening her understanding of different stakeholder priorities.

Alicia Rasmussen, Pursuit and Communications Specialist, Toronto

Alicia brings extensive experience in business development and communications, having worked with organizations of varying sizes, industries and stages of growth. Her expertise spans account management, brand management and project management, where she has played a crucial role in supporting companies to achieve their growth objectives. Alicia has been instrumental in crafting winning proposals and has a strong affinity for streamlining operations.
