Luke Westfall Recognized as DeGroote Co-op Supervisor of the Year 2025

Quinn+Partners (Q+P) is delighted to share that Luke Westfall, Managing Director, has been named Supervisor of the Year at the DeGroote School of Business – McMaster University 2025 Co-op Awards.

The DeGroote Co-op Awards celebrate individuals and organizations who make a lasting impact on MBA co-op students through meaningful, work-integrated learning experiences. Luke was nominated by Aryan Munshi, MBA Candidate, in recognition of his commitment to mentorship, leadership and professional development.

This recognition reflects Luke’s ability to create an environment where co-op students are supported, challenged and empowered to grow. His work is grounded in providing real responsibility, thoughtful guidance and exposure to complex, high-impact sustainability work.
