Adrien Roy Recognized by Corporate Knights’ 30 Under 30 Sustainability Leaders in Canada

Quinn+Partners is pleased to announce that Adrien Roy has been recognized in Corporate Knights’ 2025 30 Under 30 list of sustainability and corporate responsibility leaders.

The list recognizes young professionals under the age of 30 who are driving organizational change and transforming industries to deliver positive social, environmental and economic impact. It highlights emerging leaders who are advancing innovation and long-term change in response to complex global challenges, such as climate change, social inequality and governance.

A longtime contributor to our climate services, Adrien combines technical rigour with creativity, curiosity and empathy-based leadership. As a Manager at Q+P, he helps North America’s largest investors and companies design and implement their climate and sustainability strategies — developing science-based targets, decarbonization pathways and net-zero transition plans.

Since joining Q+P, Adrien has completed dozens of high-impact climate projects, supporting clients across sectors including real estate, transportation, construction, energy and mining. His leadership has helped advance Canada’s first SBTi-aligned target in commercial real estate and contributed to measurable progress toward the low-carbon transition.

Beyond client work, Adrien is a mentor, educator and advocate for inclusion. He shares his expertise through research, guest lectures and internal training that help peers and future practitioners strengthen their understanding of climate action. As former member of Q+P’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Adrien helped create the firm’s first EDI charter, policy and learning resources — advancing a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
