Emily Partington Named 2025 Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner

Quinn+Partners (Q+P) is proud to share that Emily Partington, Managing Director, has been recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ by Women’s Executive Network (WXN) in the Amex Emerging Leaders category.

The award celebrates the 102 women whose leadership, innovation and impact are transforming industries, organizations and communities across the country.

Emily joined Q+P with a clear intention: to build a firm with integrity, influence and impact where everyone can do their best work. Promoted from Engagement Manager to Director and then to Managing Director, Emily has consistently been entrusted with the firm’s most strategic initiatives, including its rebrand in 2022. Her appointment to the firm’s Leadership Team and its Head of Market Strategy has positioned her to shape how Q+P adapts, grows and leads in an increasingly complex landscape. In this capacity, Emily has helped position the firm at the forefront of the sustainability advisory field in North America. She has led the reorganization of the firm into dedicated practices, allowing for deeper expertise and greater agility in serving clients. She also recognized early the accelerating importance of sustainability disclosures and spearheaded the firm’s evolution in this space — helping clients anticipate and navigate changing regulatory expectations while spearheading the firm’s disclosure services.

Most recently, Emily co-led the firm through a major growth and succession phase, working in close partnership with other Leadership Team members by contributing her strategic foresight to ensure the firm remains competitive, agile and resilient. Her ability to lead through ambiguity and bring people along with clarity and confidence has made her an indispensable architect of the firm’s future.

Beyond her strategic vision, Emily’s leadership is defined by empathy, authenticity and an unwavering belief in the potential of others. She demonstrates that high performance and deep care are not mutually exclusive — they are interdependent. She understands her team’s aspirations and creates the conditions for others to thrive.  Her ability to see opportunities, mobilize ideas and build people up embodies the leadership qualities recognized by this national honour.
