Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the evolving sustainability and climate disclosure landscape. You will work closely with clients to address emerging sustainability accounting and reporting requirements, especially the IFRS and Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards.

About the Role
Our Senior Managers and Directors are our most experienced advisors and team leaders. They manage multiple client files and services, leading projects, guiding teams to deliver and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and outcomes. Additionally, Directors are recognized as national leaders and top advisors in the market. The ideal candidate is well versed on sustainability strategy, accounting and disclosure practices. They will lead a diverse range of projects, including strategy development, industry benchmarking, materiality assessments, sustainability program design, governance integration and sustainability reporting.
You will support clients and our team in the following ways:
- Lead on projects of varying scopes, with a focus on sustainability and climate reporting
- Serve as an experienced point of contact for clients, managing relationships and providing expert guidance on sustainability and climate reporting and disclosure strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients where reporting and disclosure services can address their challenges
- Monitor sustainability reporting trends and standards, provide expert guidance on sustainability accounting and reporting frameworks such as SASB, TCFD, TNFD and GRI, and serve as a subject matter expert within the company
- Assess emerging reporting regulations, notably the IFRS and Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and their impact on existing sustainability reporting practices and disclosures
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing timelines and budgets while consistently exceeding client expectations
- Remain agile and curious when supporting projects across our practice areas
- The successful candidate will work in the office for the first six months as part of their onboarding and development, after which they will be able to work in a hybrid arrangement.

What You Bring to the Team
- At least eight years of experience in an advisory role within sustainability, climate change, accounting and/or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in corporate sustainability strategy and reporting
- Previous experience working with sustainability and/or climate change accounting standards and reporting frameworks/guidelines/regulations, including but not limited to: IFRS S1 and S2, SASB, PRI, TCFD, TNFD, GRI, SFDR, ESRS, OSFI B-15
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of sustainability issues and related accounting and reporting trends, drivers, standards and frameworks
- Experience managing projects and developing high-performing teams on and off projects
- Experience with client management and developing new business; Directors are expected to have extensive experience developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
- Directors are expected to have a track record of successfully developing and launching new services and initiatives
- A CPA designation or equivalent, along with management consulting and/or legal experience, is an asset
- Drive and motivation to go the extra mile and takes pride in doing excellent work
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

- Fluently bilingual in English and French is a strong asset

What We Offer
- Our total compensation package is competitive within the market. It includes a base salary along with a discretionary bonus linked to both the company’s success and your individual performance
• Base salary for a Senior Manager starts at $130,000, with total compensation potentially exceeding $190,000
• Base salary for a Director starts at $150,000, with total compensation potentially exceeding $220,000 - 100% employer paid medical and dental coverage on day one

Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to give candidates a holistic view of the role, the firm and our team by interacting with key decision makers at Quinn+Partners. Our goal is to set team members up for success. Throughout our recruitment process, we evaluate candidates to determine the best fit for either the Senior Manager or Director role, with the final decision made upon completion of the process.
