Francisca Quinn

With 20 years in corporate strategy and sustainability, Francisca has a track record of assisting large corporations to conceptualize and implement industry leadership initiatives and excel in sustainability disclosure. The results include enhanced reputation and green brand recognition, cost savings, high employee and customer satisfaction, industry awards and improvement in ESG analyst rankings.

In 2013, Francisca was named as a Clean50 honouree, joining a small group of Canadians who each year is recognized for outstanding contributors to sustainable development and clean capitalism in Canada.

Francisca is the treasurer of No. 9 Contemporary Art & the Environment; an arts organization that uses art and design to bring awareness to environmental concerns.

Tony Pringle

Working with investors, public and private companies and non-profit organizations, Tony has tackled sustainability and business opportunities ranging from responsible investing and sustainability integration in portfolio management, to extended producer responsibility and local economic development. With particular experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, he has supported clients with sustainability strategy, policy and program development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability measurement, reporting, communications and branding. Tony is a member of three GRESB technical working groups and speaks on topics including sustainable real estate and local procurement.

For at least one more season, Tony plays competitive rugby for the Toronto Scottish Rugby Football Club.

Joanna Kipp

Joanna leverages her MBA and sustainability knowledge to support Quinn & Partners’ clients. She has worked with a range of organizations – from well-known Canadian investors and corporations to small communities in Northwestern British Columbia to develop tailored solutions. Her experience includes primary and secondary research, data analysis, benchmarking, policy development, sustainability strategy development and integration, measurement and disclosure, including GRESB and GRI with emphasis in the real estate, transportation and energy sectors.

Joanna enjoys distance running and has participated in road races from Whistler to Ottawa.

Dan Pass

Utilizing a strong background in sustainability management and analysis, Dan has been successful in providing strong analyses and sustainable solutions to a wide-range of clients in the real estate, not-for-profit, and retail industries. Beginning his consulting work during his Master’s in Environment and Sustainability, his experience includes data management and analysis, program development and integration, greenhouse gas accounting, green building certifications and sustainability reporting.

Dan stays active through several sports teams, including hockey and ultimate Frisbee.
